Product features

  • Raw material of Actical FOD/FOS is calcium powder made from 100% domestic natural material.
  • You can consume highly activated Calcium of which CaO purity is over 95%.
  • More than 60 types of macro minerals such as Iron/magnesium/potassium is included.
  • When diluted with 0.1%, strong alkaline over pH12.7 will be shown.
  • Has a uniform molecule size of 325 mesh, and allows wide range of usage with tasteless and odorless.

Range of usage

(1) Food additives

  • Rice

    • original tatse of rice will be recovered, and it will be chewy. Calcium and mineral can be supplemented from it.

  • Noodle / Dumplings

    • chewy and tender texture of food will be kept while expansion/swelling will be prevented.

  • Meat

    • unique smell of meat will be removed, and texture and taste will be chewy and tender.

  • Fishcake / devil’s tongue jelly

    • it is very effective for getting rid of devil’s tongue jelly smell.

  • Kimchi

    • it suppresses the gas generated in storing Kimchi
(2) Preservatives

  • Increased shelf life

    • When subtle amount is added in food-processing, expiration date will be increased 1.2 ~ 1.5 times.
