Odor Free

Chemical sterilization's problem
Thanks to scientific development related to current livestock industry, mass production, namely, factory type livestock breeding is possible, which causes many problems.
In order to prevent disease occurrence by breeding large amount of livestock, various chemical disinfectant has been unselectively sprayed, which is directly connected with environmental destruction such as stream contamination as well as soil contamination. Also, respiratory diseases caused by odor is connected to livestock infectious disease as well as rapid reduction of productivity and air pollution increase. But currently, people just solve the problems by only depending on chemical sterilization. But chemical sterilization kills even beneficial microorganism and also, such method can't basically solve disease prevention and odor problem except temporary effect.

For example, in the case of pig farm, in spite of chemical sterilization, respiratory diseases and skin diseases as well as odor are not reduced and keeps increased. It is because about 1,000 kinds of microorganisms such as virus, etc. except mold, bacteria, actinomycetes, filamentous bacteria, and algae. Among them, about 900 kinds of microorganisms are beneficial ones and about 100 kinds of microorganisms are classified as harmful ones. But chemical sterilization kills all kinds of microorganisms, which is connected to high mortality rate by having increasing loose bowel, respiratory diseases, and skin diseases increased much more in farms to periodically perform sterilization. On the basis of the facts, many livestock farmers feel the limit on chemical sterilization.

Antibiotics' problem
So far, domestic livestock farming technology has been just remained in the level to worry what antibiotics should be used before disease occurrent except few farms.
The current status of using antibiotics is to even inject it as well as feed it and tolerance rate on tetracycline is over 80% in Korea as well.
When we keep depending on just antibiotics, germ's tolerance against it is gradually increased, which just increases the amount of antibiotics. As a result, such result itself is transferred to human.
According to article 9 of environment-friendly agriculture promotion law, the government clearly stated that a liquefied fertilizer from livestock's night soil should be used from farms to feed their livestock with feed stuff suitable for organic livestock farming standard (not using antibiotics) and liquefied fertilizer from common farms can't be used for organic crops.
Solution is right microorganism!
First, stop using antibiotics and chemically sterilizing
Second, newly make ventilation facilities and improve feeding environment
Third, spray Odor Free and feed it to livestock

livestock farming night soil
Make organic liquefied fertilizer from livestock's night soil Although livestock's night soil is the
resource to replace chemical fertilizer, because chemical sterilization and excessive antibiotics are
applied, it is not commonly used for cultivating crops, which is connected to largely increasing amount
of livestock's night soil. According as ocean dumping will be stopped from 2012, farmer's burden is
expected to be increased. Therefore, currently, cooperation between livestock farmer and common
corps cultivating farmer and new technology development should be requested.

In the case of livestock, cow or chicken's night soil is mainly fertilized but the problem is pig.
Especially, pig's night soil consists of 80~90% liquid such as urine, etc. and remaining ingredient
consists of fiber. Therefore, just small part is fertilized in liquid phase and the remaining is dumped to
the sea through purification discharge or ocean dumping
(about 30% from pig out of the whole night soil dumped to the sea).
When liquid phase ingredient among pig's night soil is fermented by using Odor Free in tank,
liquefied fertilizer is made and the remaining fiber becomes organic compost.

Using chemical compounds and antibiotics makes just waste but if you use Odor Free,
you can produce organic liquefied fertilizer of high quality without any odor.

How to use Odor Free
(1) Microorganism sterilization (odor removal)
  - Spray Odor Free at and around your cattle shed by diluting it by 30~100 times water.
  - Input amount per 3.3§³ cattle shed: about 1.5L(1.5kg): the amount includes cattle shed's
    ceiling and its surroundings.

(2) Spray Odor Free after covering cattle shed's floor with coconut pit or saw dust having good
    absorption.

(3) Organic liquefied fertilizer : use it 15 days after putting 1~2L Odor Free per 1,000kg pig's night soil

(4) In the case of adding it to feed stuff
  a) First, do the 1st mixture of 5kg culture fluid and 20~25kg assorted feed, then, mix them in 5 ton
feed carrier, and put it to silo.
  b) First, do the 1st mixture of 5~10kg culture fluid and 20~25kg feed pellets and then, evenly mix
them with 1 ton feed stuff
  c) It is good to feed edible water mixed with culture fluid but if possible, you prepare separate drink
     canteen

Other deodorant's development status
Mineral deodorant
- Abstract it from weathered granite in liquid phase
(achieved patents for U.S./China/Hong Kong including Korea)
It is the most ideal complex mineral solution mixed 23 kinds of minerals and because its molecular
weight is small in stable shape that mineral is connected with two amino acid and chelate,
   absorption is very excellent.
- In using a compost, it solves odor removal/unbalanced nutrition problem/gas trouble problem form
   unripened compost.
- In using plant nutrition agent after making its compost, it shows the effect to prevent repeated
   cultivation damage.
- It shows excellent effect to purify water quality of ponds or aquariums
Actical deodorant(pH 13.5)
- It is safe deodorant made by using our patented material, Actical (allowed as mixed edible water)
- It excellently remove hydrogen sulfide/mercaptan, which are acid materials, among odor generating
   materials.
- It removes sludge smell at steel mill / leather factory / landfill / oil refinery / sewage disposal plant
